Top Secret Fat Loss Secret is a totally different approach to fat loss written by Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst, a doctor researching on the human colon and digestive system since 2002. The name is hard to pronounce, so I am only going to call her Suzanne. Hope she won’t mind that.

I was personally amazed at the content that was condensed within a 49 page ebook (the Elite Version) that goes in to many details on how your colon can have a major influence on your fat loss routine.

I didn’t believe it at first. Heck, I didn’t even want to purchase the Top Secret Fat Loss Secret in the first place because of the horrible pictures in the website and the tongue twisting title! [The word “Secret” appearing twice made it all so amateur…]

Yet, I noticed how this product kept rising amongst the popular fat loss routines in a very short period of time, so I decided to give this program a try WITHOUT even reading the entire sales letter. (I was gonna puke after looking at those weird teeth like stuff!)

Anyways, in the beginning of the Top Secret Fat Loss Secret program, you find basic information on diet and nutrition tips like eating high fiber, lean proteins, better meal frequency and enough of water etc… plus, you also get 6 questions that you should get positive answers for when choosing a proper weight loss plan.

I liked many things in this short 49 page book, but there are few stuff that I really did appreciate Suzanne put forth in her book.

Suzanne specifies the importance of identifying your metabolic type. Everybody has a unique type of metabolism like a fingerprint. To identify your specific metabolic ratio, you need to listen to your body when you eat.

In the Top Secret Fat Loss Secret book, Suzanne did a great job of identifying the proper the macro nutrient ratios (Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats) according to three common metabolic types. And then, she provides a link to a special quiz, which tells you what kind of metabolic type you should go for and improve on.

Top Secret Fat Loss Secret talks about bad colon and liver issues that directly create a problem with your fat loss routine. Ever wondered why you keep working out for hours and hours but still can’t get rid of the bulge? Well, it’s a problem with your colon and the liver.

So all I am going to say is that if you want to speed up your fat loss and actually get results without losing hope, I suggest you at least give a shot at the detox plan that Suzanne has put out for you to cleanse your colon in a complete natural manner. Although she didn’t mention anything about strength training, I highly recommend you incorporate strength training in to your routine to see much faster results.
